Can not.
Canceled on flight from Chitose, but there are still departures and arrivals.
International flights are only Kyoto, Taipei, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
No!
There is a paid and free parking lot
There is no airport nearby. It is recommended that you stay near Okayama Station as the bus leaves the station according to the departure time of the plane
From Okayama city, take Route 53 toward Tsuyama. Go west near Okayama University and turn right at the national road. If you proceed north, you will find the Okayama IC entrance on Sanyo Road, and continue north on the national road. From there, you will see Okayama Airport sign. From the national highway, enter the road on the left and head toward the airport. Follow the road signs to get to the airport. be careful.
Small airport, not many places to buy giftsThe bus stop is very convenient when you go outThe service staff at the airport are very kind ~
Free parking is available. We used the first toll parking lot because of the rain, but it was saved from 6:00 to 20:45 for 1,000 yen. Haneda Airport is huge and travel distance is too large, but it is good because it can be moved quickly.
Small-scale airport and bus station to Okayama and Kurashiki, also good very convenient.
The size of the airport is very small. It may be because of this that the time spent on customs clearance is very long and requires a little patience. The store price is very reasonable and will not be particularly expensive.
It is about 30-40 minutes north of Okayama Station by car.An ordinary airfield in a local city.In Japan, there are Tokyo and Hokkaido, and overseas, Shanghai and Taiwan.Since LCC is also flying, I hope that it can be used well.
It's a rustic place for an international airport, but it's all there
Small airport, no water dispenser after entry, only vending machine
Very slow bag scanning. Overly zealous staff who act with no smiles or friendliness. None of the airport staff have any language skills other than Japanese. Every time I use the airprot I see miscommunication between the staff and passengers. This airport handles hundreds of foreign visitors each day, that can do MUCH MUCH MUCH better. Lift your game Okayama. Hate using my home airport but I like the town.
Thank you for free parking.Because it is a small airport, walking distance may be small.
Very hostile and a lot of distrust aimed at foreigners here. Had to buy a bag at airport security for my liquids. Japanese did not have to do this, I saw a Japanese lady after the security check take some hand cream out of here back which had not a plastic bag around it . I traveled all around the world (four continents) with all my liquids in a special compartment of my hand luggage and never had any trouble. Also security unpacked my bag upon arrival, when I left a week later they unpacked my bag again (I never had to unpack my bag anywhere so far). Did not see any Japanese that had to unpack their bag.
The second hand smoke is strong at ground floor. And I wish there's a drinkable water hose after check-in.
Small, but with good flow and functional. After all, parking is free! Besides, it's quite wide so you can park it somewhere.
December 31st. All four parking lots are full and become temporary parking lots. There is a free bus, but let's go with a lot of room. The feeling of getting to the airport two hours ago is important. I'm impatient.
It's a nice and small airport. The friendly and politely staffs of the Okayama airport were petty helpful for foreign passengers.å°åž‹å€åŸŸæ©Ÿå ´ï¼Œéº»é›€é›–å°ï¼Œäº”臟俱全,還是å¯ä»¥å……分逛逛ï¼
About buses departing from the airportArrived a few minutes after the departure time on the bus timetableBecause it arrives late, I think that it will depart soon, so there is no sign of departure even if you get on and waitI had reserved the Shinkansen from Okayama station with a lot of room, but I asked the staff after 30 minutes passed the memorable departure schedule as expectedThen, since this is temporary, it will depart when the seat is filledThen, please tell me the bus stop that runs according to the timetable, and I will depart from nowIf you don't contact us, you haven't leftConclusion: The trains are operating properly according to the arrival flight, so it is better to contact the staff first and use a taxi if you are in a hurryAirport or bus companies should indicate that this is so in a clear and easy-to-understand mannerToo unkind
A small but self-contained airportSecurity and customs checks are very strict
ANA, Japan Airlines, Japan Transocean Air, China Eastern Airlines, Korean Air, Tiger Air Taiwan and Hong Kong Airlines are in service.Domestic flights to Haneda, Naha and New Chitose, and international flights to Shanghai, Incheon, Taipei and Hong Kong.In addition, there are many temporary and charter flights in service, and the airport in the Chugoku region has the second largest number of passengers after Hiroshima Airport. On temporary flights, Cessna 680 will take off and land, and Asahi Airlines and Okayama Fire and Disaster Prevention Air Corps will also take off and land. There is no access to the airport except for cars, taxis and buses (bound for Okayama Station and Kurashiki Station).Airplane photography has an observation deck, but since there is a fence and the lens hole is small, it is recommended to take airplane photography from the 4th parking lot nearby or Nihonji Sports Park.
In 2020.02, taking Tiger Airways to take a free ticket bus to Okayama City.
Small but neat airport next to Okayama. Love it!
(International Departure) Very slow check-in and security check. No drinking water and very smelly smoke from smoking room in waiting gate lounge.
A domestic flight airport to travel from Tokyo to Okayama and vice versa. The airport is really small but there are some shops from cafe and bar and restaurant to local snack shop.
Small airport away from the downtown. Lots of free parking space available and a gas station at one side. The car rental companies office was next to the information counter in the middle of the ground floor. A few restaurants on the second floor but not every restaurant opened. There was souvenir shop, selling the fresh peach and grapes too. Escalator just operated upwards and one lift was situated in the middle of the building. More time should be left for airline check in and custom clearing due to less persons for such procedures.
Small airport.
Small and beautiful airport, there are not many passengers, feel relaxed and comfortable.
A very quite and small airport. Not much shops but efficient service.
Small airport, but you can find some souvenirs related to Momotaro San here (also some famous Japanese snacks from other cities)
The information counter staff always answers with “I don’t know.â€And you cannot buy a travel insurance from Okayama airport to anywhere, unless you are a Japanese citizen or a foreigner with permanent residence in Japan. Those who are long term residents and/or working in Japan (even if you have the maximum 5 year-visa) CANNOT purchase a travel insurance.
After all, the locals were shooting so many people.
The worst airport ever. People are super rude here and can’t speak English.
Small airport about 30 minutes by bus fromOkayama central station (around Â¥700 for a one way ticket). Easy check in and a few places to eat/drink before security on the domestic side. Vending machines and a small shop available near the gates after security. Calm airport experience ðŸ‘
The number of flights is small in proportion to the size of the airport. Especially the lack of Tokyo flights is noticeable. After all, Okayama prefectural people use the Shinkansen more often than airplanes because of convenience, so is it unavoidable?
first? Other parking lots are free so there are always quite a few cars parked. There are times when you have to stop quite far away, but there are also free buses. The inside is small. But there are souvenirs, restaurants, lounges, Saint-Marc cafes and other flight simulators. However, the security check is an impression that is late in the country or troublesome.Handling is much slower than Haneda.
First use last fall. The local feeling was good.
The airport is not large, there are shuttle buses to the city
åƒè¬ä¸è¦å¾žå²¡å±±æ©Ÿå ´å‡ºå¢ƒDo not depart from OKJ. You will wait and wait for a long time.
The car park is divided into an area near the entrance of the paid building where it is temporarily stopped and an area where it can be parked free of charge for many nights. ATMs such as Aeon Bank are also installed, and there is also a small souvenir shop. The steakhouse "Sharon" on the second floor is famous and very delicious. There are not many arrivals and departures at regional airports, and you can take care of boarding and unloading procedures smoothly and smoothly by the service of high quality staff such as ANA. The smoking area is at the very end of the outside bus terminal.
Will it be a park next to the airport? You can see the takeoff of the plane nearby. There were a lot of small children because they were like a square. There was a parking lot, a toilet and a beautiful place. There's nothing around, so if you bring your lunch, it's a little picnic. There were many people on bicycles.
euiet and small airport.the parking lot is free of charge for an hour. there are 3 spaces.it is better to use pre pay bending machine for parking ticket payment.
A very small airport. No JR and need to take bus (~30min) to the Okayama JR station.
A small local airport in Japan, taking the Tiger Airline in 2020.02 in January to take a free ticket to take a bus to the West Exit of Okayama City.
Compact and easy to understand. There is a lounge. There are restaurants, souvenir shops, department stores, convenience stores and so on.There are ATMs of AEON Bank and Bank of China. There is a car rental shop nearby.I would like to use more if I have LCC. .
Okayama Airport is located in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. According to the Japanese Airport Maintenance Act, it is divided into a third airport. It has a nickname for "Okayama Momotaro Airport".
Okayama Airport originally thought it was a large airport, but the place is not big, but there are many types of gifts for the companion, especially several restaurants. The most important thing is that the price is cheap, and the choice is more.
The access to Okayama city is bad, but after a while on the bus, we left the airport. It was an approach light used by an airplane landing at the airport. As soon as the airplane passes under this big entrance light, it is powerful! There are various pleasures on the way to Okayama city. It was a rustic local airport in the mountains.
Although the scale is only the level of the domestic line, I really like the kindness and service of the staff. At present, Momotaro Airport is my best airport.
Needed to renovate
Unfriendly for passing.
Okayama Momotaro Airport
I only flew through this airport one time, and it was more than 3 or 4 years ago, so I can't say my review is comprehensive. But I just do recollect that I like the fact that this fairly small airport was somehow tucked into the middle of some rolling hills, which were carved away to create an airport. The services in the airport were okay but not great while the flights are on time (pretty much as you would expect in Japan anyhow) and I had absolutely no trouble navigating the facility.
The parking lot is always crowded, but you can be healed by looking at the plane from the rooftop here when stress builds up.Recommended for those who are tired of daily life!
